I LOVE the Lantz family and the Diamond Center! I was one of those clients who had a crappy setting ( from another jeweler) and yes, my diamond did indeed, FALL OUT of it's setting. Thankfully I found the diamond, and on a tip, went to see Debbie for HELP! She and her husband designed the most GORGEOUS platinum solitaire setting for my cushion diamond ring. I have received compliments on that setting almost every time I wear it, and am so proud that it is a one of a kind design, designed special for me.
Debbie and Ray are true professional jewelers. Their entire family is invested in the jewelry business and their client service is superb. They remember your first names, and take a genuine interest in you as a client.
Although I agree that their pieces can be expensive, it's worth the splurge as these are choice jewels.
They are my family jeweler and I adore them!

If there is any jeweler that has better customer service, workmanship, or professionalism, show me!! (And I still would not believe it--trust me, I have been in other jewelry stores where they seemingly don't give a rip about you.) Words of praise simply cannot do enough to express my family's gratefulness to The Diamond Center. We recently decided to have a ring repaired for my Mother's birthday; a ring that she inherited from her grandmother. After seeing the ring fully restored to it's original beauty, it's more than safe to say that I would trust them with any jewelry that our family owns. Seldom do you find a staff anywhere that had the person-ability and professionalism that I experienced. I know I look forward to future business with The Diamond Center, it has become my jewelry store for life!!

I have been into this store on multiple occasions. I have always had great experiences with the staff and have loved the jewelry. I even returned a piece that my wife bought me for something a little more masculine and they were extremely helpful! The co-owner knew exactly who I was even though I had never met him before, but he remembered the conversation with my wife.
I also purchased a watch from here and I needed a few links taken out. Ray said it would be ready in the afternoon in which I thought he meant around 5:00. Less than 2 hours later at 1:00, he called me to let me know that my watch was ready.
This is an absolutely wonderful store and I would highly recommend them!!!

I found the most amazing estate ring here to ask my girl to marry me with. They don't buy worthless estate pieces. It's only the best for them and the owner and staff are very knowledgeable about their merchandise. If you're about to look for a ring go talk to the friendly staff here cause they only want what's best for you. I've found a lifelong family jeweler.
